MODLE is a digital building information and compliance management platform. Whilst the software assists organisations in managing information and demonstrating compliance, responsibility for statutory duties, regulatory submissions, design decisions and legal compliance remains with the relevant duty holders under the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation.
